Every manufacturing process can be further improved and the amount of production and installation waste can always be reduced. Our company’s goal is to design new devices and machines to increase efficiency and productivity based on the analysis of the customers’ manufacturing processes. An essential part of process management is keeping quality a top priority at all times, for which our unique and high quality technological innovations provide solutions. Our work greatly relies on modern substances, computer based modeling, and CAD/CAM technology. We keep an active online relationship with our partners’ innovations and development teams. We continuously improve our installed devices and support our partners’ innovative aspirations.
Syncretism and planning
We liaise with our partner, survey their demands, and get acquainted with their problems. Should our earlier innovations be applicable in manufacturing, we re-design them in view of the technical parameters. In the event of the development of a new device, we propose an innovative process plan, which will help us state our goals and the opportunities and boundaries of reaching those goals. In the planning period we design a prototype or a model of our technological design-idea and we make sure that it achieves the goals we set.
Execution and trial run
We produce the planned device according to the innovative needs of our customer. We keep constant connection with the innovation team even in the implementation period. During the production of the device we keep the set efficiency and quality requirements in mind. We provide user documentation and user training with our produced devices. During the trial run we make sure of the product’s conformance in industrial environment. We always use high quality materials and components when producing a device.
Monitoring and follow-up
In the time period following the end of the innovation project, we regularly monitor the installed devices and we make sure that the goals set earlier are achieved.
Even after the warranty period we pledge ourselves to solve any malfunction or issue, and ensure continuous spare-part supplying. We are partners in further developing devices made by us, if that is a claim from our customers.
We produce measuring devices to monitor parameters of our partners’ products.
Quality Assurance
Devices made by WOODACUS can be implemented into enterprise quality assurance systems. We produce unique measuring devices for our partners’ manufacturing processes that meet the measuring requirements stated by the quality assurance. These measuring devices have accredited calibration certificates. We also produce gauges with which these measuring devices can be monitored and calibrated. Our goal is to achieve the highest quality when it comes to products manufactured by our customers.
